SAFe For Hardware Teams (SHWP) Mar 09, 2026 - Mar 10, 2026 (CST) (Online) (English)
SAFe for Hardware Teams gives hardware engineers and practitioners the skills to thrive in fast-paced, complex development environments. Participants will learn how to design for change by working in smaller batches, establishing faster feedback loops, and iterating based on rapid technical, market, and user insights. The training covers techniques for managing compliance and risk without slowing delivery, along with best practices for aligning suppliers and engineering stakeholders for smoother coordination. Learners will also gain the tools to integrate Agile hardware teams into Agile Release Trains (ARTs), improving synchronization across mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines. By mastering Lean-Agile planning, continuous integration, and proactive collaboration, participants will be equipped to accelerate delivery, enhance flexibility, and build lasting business value. Completing the course also prepares participants for the SAFe® Hardware Practitioner (SHWP) certification, an industry-recognized credential that validates expertise in Agile hardware development.
