Course 1: Implementing SAFe (SPC) Class

The SPC is a central, strategic role that enables you to plan and guide a SAFe transformation. This course provides the tools and insights necessary to evolve your skills and master this crucial position. You'll gain deep knowledge of the lean-agile principles and practices of SAFe , and learn to navigate the complexities of enterprise-level challenges.

Course 2: Advanced Facilitator: Value Stream Management

Building on the RTE foundations, this *NEW* Scaled Agile micro-credential focuses on enhancing your skills for mapping value streams. Through immersive facilitated sessions, participants will learn the principles and techniques of Value Stream Mapping, explore real-world case studies, and practice facilitation skills under the guidance of experienced facilitators.

*Note - All advanced facilitator micro-credentials have required pre-course self-paced, e-learnings that are designed to be taken prior to the facilitated session and should take learners 2 hours on average to complete.

SPC course times: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Advanced Facilitator: Value Stream Management: 8:00 am - 12:30 pm
